WHEREAS fuesday

19 December 2017, marks the celebration of the Centennial Year of Muntiniupa

as an independent local government unit: and

WHEREAS. it is but fittng and proper that the people of the City of

Muntiniupa, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare

Tuesday. 19 December 2017. as a special (non-working) day in the City of Muntiniupa
