RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement, and reserve for Tacloban City Maternity Hospital and Puericulture Center site purposes under the administration of the Secretary of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, a cer- tain parcel of land o~ the public domain, situated in Barangay Panalaron, City of Tacloban, Island of Leyte, more particularly described as follows: Lot 3237,Cad-220 A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 3237, Cad. 220) Taclo- ban Cadastre, surveyed for the Tacloban Maternity Hospital and Puericulture Center situated in Barangay Panalaron, Tacloban City, Island of Leyte.
