DECLARING SATURDAY. JULY 1, 2000. AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF DIPOLOG

WHEREAS, Saturday. Juiy 1. 2000. marks the 87" Foundation Anniversary of the Cit. of Dipolog:

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Dipolog be given the opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their history:

NOW. THEREFORE. I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Pailippines. by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I. Chapter 7. Section 27. of the Administrative Code of 1987. do hereby declare Saturday. July 1. 2000. as a special day in the City of Dipolog.
