BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 329

DECLARING THURSDAY, 02 NOVEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on Thursday, 02 November 2017, the Province of Misamis Occidental marks the celebration of its Foundation Day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Misamis Occidental, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 02 November 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Misamis Occidental.
