NakCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by gaw, do hereby declere the p.riod from May 8 to 14, 1966, as National 4-}j Club Week and designute the Agricultural Froductivity Commission to take cliarge of and coordinate mil activities in celebration of said Week.
