MALACANANQ Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.330 AUTHORIZING THE BOY SCOUTS FOUNDATION OF THE PHILIPPINES~ INC. TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL MEMBERSHIP AND FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR WHEREAS, the Boy Scouts Foundation of the Philippines, Inc., was organized to help poor but deserving Boy Scouts to attend international and local jamborees, the fact of life being that, considering the high cost of travel, only the well-to-do can do so; WHERAS, to pursue this and other programs to help ~~or but deserving Boy Scouts, the Boy Scouts foundation of the Philippines, Inc., has to rely on contributions from both the publ ic and the private sector; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V-. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Boy Scouts Foundation of the Philip- pines, Inc. to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one year effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
