BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 33°

DECLARING FRIDAY, 24 FEBRUARY 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, Friday, 24 February 2012, marks the commemoration of the Charter Day anniversary of the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 24 February 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
