BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 330

DECLARING MONDAY, 16 OCTOBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CALBAYOG

WHEREAS, on Monday, 16 October 2017, the City of Calbayog marks the celebration of its Charter Day; and

WHEREAS. it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Calbayog,

be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 16 October 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Calbayog.
