Proclamation No. 331, s. 2000 - Signed on June 20, 2000: Excluding from the operation of Proclamation No. 255 dated 03 June 1964 a certain parcel or parcels of the public domain situated in the barrios of San Rafael, San Miguel and Armenia, city of Tarlac, province of Tarlac, island of Luzon, a certain portion of the land embraced therein and declaring same no longer necessary for public use or service and are open for alienation and disposition for the AFP Off-Base Housing Program to be disposed of under the provisions of Republic Acts Nos. 274 and 730.
