BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 33)

DECLARING TUESDAY, 07 NOVEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CUENCA, BATANGAS

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 07 November 2017, marks the 141° Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Cuenca, Batangas; and

.WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cuenca, Batangas, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 07 November 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cuenca, Batangas.
