THEREFORE. I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President Philipp'lnes, by virtue of the powers vested in me by hereby declare the period from June 28 to July 4, "International Labor Organization Week". For this purpose, I call upon the Secretary of Labor and Employment to spearhead and coordinate the activities nationwide to celebrate "International Labor Organization Week" in close co-operation with the Employers and Workers' organizations; I call upon all Heads of Departments, Bureaus, Offices, Agencies, and Instrumentalities of the Government, speci- fically those involved in ILO projects, non-government orga- nizations, and the private sector to actively lead the events and programs to commemorate tile "International Labor Organi- zation Week."
