BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 332

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2003, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA

WHEREAS, Wednesday, February 26, 2003, marks the 66” Charter Day Anniversary of Zamboanga City;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the residents of Zamboanga City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 26, 2003, as a special day in the City of Zamboanga.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
