BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.332

PROCLAMATION DECLARING 13 — 15 NOVEMBER 2017 AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAYS IN THE NATIONAL CAPITAL. REGION (NCR), PROVINCE OF BULACAN AND PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA

WHEREAS, the Philippines will host the 31° Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit and Related Summits on 13-15 November 2017;

= WHEREAS, various activities directly connected with the 31% ASEAN Summit and Related Summits, to be attended by ASEAN Leaders and ASEAN Dialogue Partners, will be held in the NCR and Clark Field, Pampanga:

WHEREAS, the ASEAN 2017 National Organizing Council has recommended that 13 ~ 15 November 2017 be declared as special (non-working) days in the NCR and the Provinces of Bulacan and Pampanga, as these areas will be directly affected by the said activities;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare 13 ~ 15 November 2017 as special (non-working) days in the NCR and the Provinces of Bulacan and Pampanga. ,
