DECLARING THURSDAY, JUNE 22, 2000, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF DAPITAN

WHEREAS, Thursday, June 22, 2000, marks the 37th foundation day anniversary of the City of Dapitan;

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Dapitan desire to celebrate this milestone in their citv’s history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines. by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book L Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987. do hereby declare Thursday, June 22. 2000, as a special day in the City of Dapitan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
