MALACANANG Manila MPt4J qJ!; BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.334 EN- THE WHEREASs Proclamation No. 308s dated December 9s declared Thursdays March 3s 1994s as a special day i Province of Camarines Norte in commemoration of province's 75th founding anniversary; 1993, the the n WHEREAS, the Chairman and Executive Director of the National Historical Institute attests that the foundation date of the Province of Camarines Norte is April 15, 1920; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Phil ipp;nes, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 308, dated December 9, 1993, by transferring the celebration of the foundation anniversary of the Province of Camarines Norte from March 3, 1994 to April 15, 1"994, which shall be its 74th Foundation Anniversary, and not 75th as earlier proclaimed, on the basis of Orden Ejecutiva Num 22 and the decision of the Re- gional Trial Court of Camarines Norte in Civil Case No. 6222 (Flores vs. Camarines Norte).
