DECLARING SATURDAY, 04 NOVEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEZON

WHEREAS, the Province of Quezon marks the death anniversary of its local hero Apolinario dela Cruz, also known as Hermano Puli, on Saturday, 04 November 2017; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Quezon, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies:

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare

Saturday, 04 November 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Quezon.
