BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 337

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING TO BE KNOWN AS GT TIMES SQUARE CEBU WHICH IS BEING CONSTRUCTED ON PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT J. LLORENTE CORNER DON MARIANO CUI STREETS, CAPITOL SITE, CEBU CITY, CEBU, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS -AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), |, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 11-066 (s. 2011) and Resolution No. 11-216 (s. 2011) of the Board of Directors of PEZA, the GT Times Square Cebu, as an Information Technology (IT) Center, being constructed on parcels of land located at J. Llorente corner Don Mariano Cui Streets, Capitol Site, Cebu City, Cebu, containing an aggregate area of ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY-TWO (1,192) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 1, Block 3 of the consolidation and subdivision plan, Pcs-628, being a portion of the consolidated of Lots 522-A-1 and 522-B-1, described on plan Fis-295, GLRO Rec. No. 5988), situated in the City of Cebu.
