RAMOS, President of the Philip-pines, do hreby declare a state of calamity in theProvince of Leyte, due to the adverse effects of typhoon "puririg". All departments and other government agencie.s con- cerned are hereby directed to implement and execute relief and rehabilitation work in accordance with existing operational plans and directives and orders issued in connection with calamities.
