BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 338

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 15 NOVEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, the Province of Oriental Mindoro marks its 67" Founding Anniversary on Wednesday, 15 November 2017; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Oriental Mindoro, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 15 November 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Oriental Mindoro.
