DECLARING THURSDAY, 23 NOVEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET

WHEREAS, on Thursday, 23 November 2017, the Province of Benguet will celebrate its 117" Foundation Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of

Benguet, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies:

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare

Thursday, 23 November 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Benguet.
