III F 11/ ~ '-- f'MS LlBRAR'Y MAl,ACANAN6 Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 34 AUTHORIZING THE GIRLS SCOUTS OF THE PHILIPPINES TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FROM SEPTEMBER 1, 1992 TO AUGUS~ 31, 1993 WHERES, the Girl Scouts of the Philippines was autho- rized under Proclamation No. 777, series of 1991, to conduct a national! fund campaign from August 1, 1991 to July 31; 1992; ! I WHEREAS, :the Girl Scouts of the Philippines needs addi-tional time to raise more funds for its laudable objectives; NOW, 1'HEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of thePhilippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Girl Scouts of the Philippines to con- duct a natfiona1 fund campaign from September 1, 1992 toAugust 31,: 1993. For this purpose, all donations, bequests and gifts re- ceived by the 3irl S;.:outs of the Philippines for the imple- mentation bf its programs and activities shall be entitled to all thei tax exemption and deductibility benefits provided in the appropriate provisions ofthe National Internal Revenue Code, as amended, and its implementing,rules andregulation~.
