AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR WHEREA'S, Fridy, Septembet 17, 2010, marks the 58th Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur; WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur, the opportunity to participate in this meaningful event, it is but fitting and proper to declare September 17, 2010 as non-working holiday. NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, Septeber 17, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
