MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.34 DECLARTNG MONDAY, 26 SEPTEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- woRKtNG) DAY tN THE MUNtCtpALtTy OF NAVAL, PROV|NCE OF BILIRAN WHEREAS, Monday, 26 September 2016, marks the 156th Pueblo Day (Charter Day) of the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Naval, Biliran be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, l, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 26 September 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran. lN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
