PROCLAMATION NO. 340

DECLARING THURSDAY, 28 SEPTEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALICIA, PROVINCE OF ISABELA

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Alicia, Province of Isabela was created through Executive Order No. 268 which was signed on 28 September 1949;

WHEREAS, on 28 September 2023, Thursday, the Municipality of Alicia, Province of Isabela will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Alicia be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 28 September 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Alicia, Province of Isabela.
