RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF IGUIG CENTRAL SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, SITUATED IN AJAT, IGUIG, CAGAYAN

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or

settlement, and reserve for school site purposes of Iguig Central School under the . administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private . rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Ajat, Iguig, ° Cagayan, which is more particularly described as follows: . Lot 2, PSU 2-01-002994 : A parcel of land, Lot 2, PSU-2-01-002994, situated in Ajat, Municipality of Iguig, : Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by the National Road, on the S., along line 2-3 by Lot 3, along line 3-4 by Lot 2, both of PSU-2- .° 01-002547, on the SW., along line 4-5 by Mariano Rey, on the NW., along line 5-6 by : Apolinaria Maralli, and along line 6-1 by Lot 1 of the subdivision plan. .
