BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 342 AUTHORIZING THE EPHPHETA FOUNDATION..FOR THE BLIND, COrDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD I( 1) YEAR t INC., OF TO ONE WHEREAS, the Epllpheta Foundation for the Blind, Inc., was last authorized under Proclamation No. 89, datedOctober 30, 1992, to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one l) year; .WHEREAS, the Ephpheta Foundation for the Blind, Inc., would like to pursue its Outreach Programs through the com- pletion of its Ephpheta Home for the Aged Blind in Hermosa,Bataan, and Ephpheta Center for the Disabed -in Libon, Albay; WHEREAS, the Ephpheta Foundation for the Blind, Inc., additional time to raise more fund for its laudable needsgoal; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of theP11ilippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Ephpheta Foundation for the Blind, Inc. to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one (1)year effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation.
