BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 342

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 22 NOVEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS. the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija will celebrate its Annual Thanksgiving Day for a bountiful harvest on Wecnesday, 22 November 2017; and

WHEREAS. it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies,

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 22 November 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecya.
