PROCLAMATION NO. 342

DECLARING FRIDAY, 20 OCTOBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIGCAWAYAN, PROVINCE OF NORTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 20 October 2023, Friday, the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Province of North Cotabato will mark the celebration of its 70 Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pigcawayan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 20 October 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Province of North Cotabato.
