DECLARATION OF THE 18.00-HECTARE PROPERTY OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES AS THE SITE OF THE GOVERNMENT CENTER IN REGION III AND AUTHORIZATION OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL TO ADMINISTER THE PROPERTY FOR ITS PROPER USE IN COORDINATION WITH OTHER NATIONAL GOVERNMENT AGECIES BASED IN REGION III

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, | JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the 18.00-hectare property of the Republic of the Philippines as the site of the Regional Government Center in Region II and accordingly authorize the Regional Development Council (RDC) to administer the property for its proper use in coordination with government agencies based in Region II, Pampanga. Said parcel of land situated in Barangay Maimpis, San Fernando, Pampanga is

more particularly described as follows: : “A parcel of land (Lot 1 of the consolidation subdivision plan Bcs-03- ° 000002 being a portion of consolidated lot 3302-A, 3302-B, 3302-C, 3302- D, 3302-E, Psd-03-000110 L.R.C. The land hereinabove described shall be exclusively utilized as site of Regional Offices of the National Government Agencies in Region III and lot allocation of each agency shall be based on the approved Disposition Guidelines to be formulated by the Inter-Agency Task Force under the Regional Development Council Sectoral Committee on Development Administration.

The RDC I is hereby authorized to administer the property to ensure its proper use in coordination with other national government agencies based in Region IIL
