BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 343

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 22 NOVEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT

WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 22 November 2017, the Province of Sultan Kudarat marks its 44" Founding Anniversary and the 19" Kalimudan Festival; and

WHEREAS. it Is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Sultan Kudarat. be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 22 November 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Sultan Kudarat.
