BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 343

DECLARING MONDAY, 23 OCTOBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NARVACAN, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR

WHEREAS, on 23 October 2023, Monday, the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of Ilocos Sur will mark the celebration of Aldaw Ti Wayawaya-lli A Narvacan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Narvacan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 23 October 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of Ilocos Sur.
