RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare a state of calamity in the provinces of arinduque, Albay, and Camarines Sur and the cities of Legaspi, Naga, and Iriga due to the adverse effects of tropical depression "Akang. II All departments and other government agencies concerlled are hereby directed to implement and execute relief and rehabilitation work in accordance with existing operational plans and directives and orders issued in connection with cdlamities.
