DECLARING JULY 19, 2000, AS “DIGOS DAY", AND TO FURTHER DECLARE WEDNESDAY, JULY 19, 2000, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DIGOS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Digos will be celebrating its 51st Foundation Day Anniversarv on Wednesday. July 19, 2000:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Digos be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their town's history with

appropriate ceremonies:

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987. do hereby declare July 19, 2000 as “Digos Day”, and to further declare Wednesday, July 19, 2000, as a special day in the Municipality of Digos.
