BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 345

DECLARING TUESDAY, 28 NOVEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SARANGANI

WHEREAS, the Province of Sarangani will celebrate its 25" Founding Anniversary on Tuesday, 28 November 2017; and

WHEREAS. it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Sarangani, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with

appropriate ceremonies,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 28 November 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Sarangani.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
