BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 346

DECLARING TUESDAY, 05 DECEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS. on Tuesday, 05 December 2017, the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija, marks the celebration of its 52" Foundation Day; and

WHEREAS. it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan,

be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies:

NOW, THEREFORE, I, , SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 05 December 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija.
