BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 342

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 2, 2000, AS A SPECLAL DAY IN THE CITY OF KABANKALAN

WHEREAS, Wednesday, August 2, 2000, marks the 3rd Charter Anniversary of the City of Kabankalan;

WHEREAS, in order for the people of this city to actively participate and give meaning to the celebration, the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Kabankalan has

requested that the aforesaid date be declared as a special non-working g holiday for the City of Kabankalan.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCIT O ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book L. Chapter 7. Section 27, of the

Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, August 2, 2000, as a special day in the City of Kabankalan.
