WHEREAS, the Philippine Association of Secretaries should be piven the oppor: (unity to commemorate its annual anniversary with fitting, ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, 1, GLORIA) MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines. by virtue of the powers vested inme by law. do hereby amend Prockuma- tion No. 183 dated March 19, 1993. by transferring the observance of the Secretaries’ Week to the last full week of April of every year, instead of the third week of April of every vear under the auspices of the Philippine Association of Secretaries
