BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 350

DECLARING FRIDAY, 20 OCTOBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 20 October 2023, Friday, the Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of the Buglasan Festival:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Negros Oriental be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 20 October 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Negros Oriental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
