DECLARING SATURDAY, APRIL 2, 1994, AS A SPECIAL DAY THROUGHOCT THE COUNTRY
WHEREAS, April 2, 1994, falls on Saturday between Good Friday and Easter Sunday;
WHEREAS, the said day, April 2, 1994, may be de- clared a special day without detriment to public service to allow our people uninterrupted opportunity to observe and ponder on the significance of the lenten season;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, April 2, 1994, a special day throughout the country.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
