Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Kapatagan Barangay High School, under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Kapatagan, Municipality of
