BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 351

DECLARING THURSDAY, 22 MARCH 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAVITE

WHEREAS, the Province of Cavite marks the commemoration of the 143” birth anniversary of General Emilio Aguinaldo, the first President of the Republic, on Thursday, 22 March 2012;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Cavite be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with

appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Thursday, 22 March 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Cavite.
