BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 351

DECLARING FRIDAY, 17 NOVEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF AROROY, PROVINCE OF MASBATE

WHEREAS, on Friday, 17 November 2017, the Municipality of Aroroy, Masbate marks its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Aroroy, Masbate be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 17 November 2017, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Aroroy, Masbate.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
