MAI.ACANA~ Manila MfA.) qs-~ BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 352 DECLARING THE WEEK FALLING WITHIN JUNE 15 OF EVERY YEAR "CEBU BUSINESS WEEK" AS WHEREAS, the Cebu Chamber of Commece and Industry (CCCI) is a non-stock, non-profit organization envisioned to become the leading business organization serving the interest of its members and the business community at large; WHEREAS, in almost 63 years of its existence, CCCI had cont.inually served as the nerve center of the Cebu business community undertaking comprellensive package of programs and projects geared towards the upliftment of the quality of life in Cebui WHEREAS, in the pursuit of its goals, it is necessary that relevant information and technologies be disseminated and transferred to the various sectors of the businesscommunity; WHEREAS. the annual celebration of the Cebu Business t'Jeek wil provide a venue through which businessmen can share relevant information and tecRnologies that will pro- mote trade. commerce and industry designed to contribute to the growth and development of Cebu in general; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL \7. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by.law, do he..-eby declare the week falling within June 15 of every year as "Cebu Business Week."
