DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2000, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, Friday, September 1, 2000, marks the 86th Foundation Anniversary of the Province of Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Province of Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their province's history with appropriate ceremonies:

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, ‘of the °s Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, September 1, 2000, as a special ‘° day in the Province of Cotabato. :
