DECLARING TUESDAY, 28 NOVEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING)

DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PINAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Pifian, Zamboanga del Norte will celebrate its Founding Anniversary on Tuesday, 28 November 2017; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pifan, Zamboanga del Norte be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare

Tuesday, 28 November 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality Pifian, Zamboanga del Norte.
