• MALACANA~ Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPIlES PROCLAMATION NO. 355 ESTABLISHING AS TUMAUINI WATERSGED FOREST RESERVE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROTECTION, MAINTENANCE, AND IMPROVEMENT OF ITS WATER YIELD AND TO PROVIDE A RESTRAINING MECHANISM FOR INAPPROPRIATE FOREST EXPLOITATION AND LAND-USE PRACTICES, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF CABAGAN, SAN PABLO, MACONACON AND DIVILACAN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON Upon recommendation of the cSecretary of Environment ap.d Natural Resources and pursuant to the powers veQted in me by law, I, FIDEL V. The area covered by the reservation shall be under the administrative jurisdiction, ~upervision, and control of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, in coordination with other agencies of the government, with the objective of maintaining its usefulness as a source of water for irrigation and domestic use and other forestrypurposes.
