MALACANANG RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 356 RESERVING FOR TENEMENT HOUSING PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF PASIL, CITY OF CEBU, ISLAND OF CEBU Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agricul­ ture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or set­ tlement and reserve for tenement housing purposes, under the administration'of the c.~ty of Cebu, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the District of Pasil, City of Cebu, Island of Cebu, and more particularly described as follows, to wit: Pls-124 Proposed Site of Tenement Housing Project "A parcel of land (Pls-124, the proposed site for Tenement Housing Project), situated in the City of Cebu. Bounded on the N., by M. de la Concepcion Street; on. the E., by Guadalupe River; on the S., by Cebu Strait; and on the W., by Public Land and the proposed extension of Bugallon Street. Beginning at a point marked 1 on the attached sketch plan, being thence due North, 85.00 meters to point 2; thence due East, 190.00 meters to point 3; thence S. 82 deg. 30' E., 145.00 meters to point 4; thence S. 25 deg. 18' E., 73.08 meters to point 5; thence due West, 365.00 meters to the poil1t of beginning; containing an approximate area of 28,041 square meters.
