AMENDING THE COMPOSITION OF THE PHILIPPINE COMMITTEE TO UNDERTAKE PREPARATIONS FOR THE PROPER OBSERVANCE OF 1968 AS INTERNATIONAL YEAR FOR HUMAN RIGHTS.
The Committee created under Proclamation No. 315 dated December 15, 1967, to undertake preparations for proper observance of 1968 as International Year for Human Rights is hereby amended to include Mr. Alejandro Roces, Chairman, UNESCO-P.I. National Commission, as member thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 27th day of February, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-eight.
