RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY SIOCON, MUNICIPALITY OF COMPOSTELA, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserved for school site purposes of the Siocon Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain located in Barangay Siocon, Municipality of Compostela, Province of Compostela Valley, Island of Mindanao, containing an area of FIFTY ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIVE (51,605) SQUARE METERS, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot 9396, Ts, 303, situated in Barangay Siocon, Municipality of Compostela, Province of Compostela Valley, Island of Mindanao.
