• MALAC.NA Manila MfN ,,/1') BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES 358 PROCLAMATION NO RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE NEW MURCIA PRIMARY SCHOOL CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN TH~ BARANGAY OF NEW MURCIA, MUNICIPALITY OF MATA1AO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the New Murcia Primary School, under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in the Barangay of New Murcia, Municipality of Matanao, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, which parcels are more particularly described as follows, to wit: Lot No. 6694-A, Csd-ll-OO6164-D A parcel of land (Lot 6694-A, Csd-ll-00163-0, equivalent to Lot 15893, being a portivn of Lot 6694, Cad- 275, Sta. Cruz Cadastre), situated at Barangay New Murcia, Municipality of Matanao, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the SW. & NW., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 6694-B, Csd-ll-00l643-0; on the NE., along line 3-4 byRoad; and on the SE., along lines 4-5-1 by r,ot 6695-A, Csd- 11-001643-0. Beginning at a point marked "I" on plan beingN. 80 deg. 2l'E. 1827.35 m. from BLLM No. 220, Cad-27S, Sta. Cruz Cadastre; thence. ..
